Bohler announces a strategic leadership structure, including an expanded Growth team designed to streamline program delivery, enhance technical expertise, and accelerate project timelines across its 36-office footprint.

Chief Growth Officer Jess Spina leads this client-focused approach, enabling consistent quality and innovative solutions that address complex development challenges. In her role, Spina drives firm-wide growth while shaping and executing broader strategic initiatives that support Bohler’s long-term vision. Her leadership ensures alignment across client engagement, brand positioning, and business development, creating a unified strategy that strengthens relationships and drives growth across all markets.

“This leadership structure accelerates how we deliver value to clients,” said Dan Duke, Chief Operating Officer. “By uniting expertise from across markets, we’re fostering innovative solutions that drive development success and strengthen our relationships. This collaborative approach enables us to meet client needs and exceed expectations with consistency and excellence.”

Leveraging her expertise in strategic planning and change management, Spina leads a team focused on anticipating market needs and helping clients achieve their development goals faster. Key team members include:

  • Josh Swerling advances to Managing Director of Client Experience, overseeing program delivery and account performance across markets. His proven track record includes managing national programs for industry leaders like Chick-fil-A, Walmart, and Chase Bank. Swerling’s expanded role focuses on enhancing account management strategies, growing key client relationships, and ensuring consistent service quality across all offices.
  • Megan Baird, Director of Market Advancement for Mission Critical, ensures data center clients across the firm receive consistent, high-quality interactions and deliverables. Over her 12-year tenure, she has overseen due diligence, site design, and permitting for more than 9 GW of data center facilities. Starting as a Design Engineer, Baird’s deep understanding of these complex project requirements helps clients navigate zoning challenges, leverage incentives, and accelerate speed-to-market in this rapidly growing sector.
  • “These newly created roles strengthen our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service while driving innovation,” said Adam Volanth, Chief Executive Officer. “This leadership framework positions us to better anticipate market needs and create long-term value for our clients.”
  • This focused leadership approach will translate into better results for clients through enhanced collaboration across the firm. As Bohler continues to expand nationally, the growth team will evolve to further strengthen the firm’s ability to anticipate market needs and drive client success.
