Construction is officially underway at the former Canalley Property on York Road in Hatboro, PA, clearing the way for a new mixed-use development by JERC Partners LXIX LLC.  

The new three-story building will include 102 residential units, 4,700 square feet of first-floor retail space, and a 3,000-square-foot resident amenity space along York Road. 

Bohler’s Chalfont office is supporting the project with fully integrated land development consulting services, including site planning, site civil engineering, surveying, permitting, and landscape architecture design.  

The final design — developed collaboratively with Borough Council, the Planning Commission, and residents — reflects the charm of downtown Hatboro. Site work is expected to last approximately six months. Follow the project here.
