This 880,000 SF Goodman Innovation Center Queens marks a shift towards vertical warehousing in the U.S., responding to increased demand for last-mile delivery locations. Multi-level warehouses, pioneered by overseas developers like Goodman, are gaining traction in New York City due to limited space for logistics sites. Bohler’s New York team, having facilitated the development of the first multistory industrial facility on the entire east coast – 640 Columbia, in Brooklyn – is providing site civil engineering design and permitting for this project.
