Bohler Expands Operations Across the South

Introducing a New Division and Key Leadership Promotions

Bohler proudly announces a significant milestone in its ongoing strategic growth initiative, marked by the establishment of a new division and the promotion of Chris Capellini, PE and Joel DelliCarpini, RLA to Divisional Managing Partners.  

As part of Bohler’s strategic expansion, the firm is thrilled to redefine its southern offices and introduce its fifth division. The South Division now encompasses Florida and Texas while the Southeast Division includes the Carolinas, Georgia and Tennessee.  

Leading the South Division is Chris Capellini, a graduate of Florida State University. Chris brings a wealth of expertise as a licensed professional engineer, certified floodplain manager, and LEED AP BD+C certified professional. His impressive career in land development consulting, site design, and permitting position him as an industry leader. Chris actively contributes to project management, fosters client relationships, and plays a crucial role in staff development, steering the strategic growth of the firm across the Southern region. 

Taking the helm as Managing Partner of the Southeast Division is Joel DelliCarpini, a seasoned expert with a 24-year tenure at Bohler. Joel’s unwavering commitment to mentoring staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and forging strong business relationships has been instrumental in propelling Bohler’s presence in the Southeast. Joel and his dedicated teams are at the forefront of driving the land development process, focusing on assisting developers in navigating zoning challenges, capitalizing on incentives, and expeditiously bringing quality facilities to market.

In conjunction with these strategic developments, Bohler is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlie Yowell, PE as Regional Development Manager in the Southeast and Chad Riddle, MBA as Branch Manager of our Atlanta office. These appointments underscore Bohler’s continued dedication to assembling a dynamic leadership team poised for success in the evolving landscape of land development.
