Bohler Expands Operations to Columbus, OH to Meet Rising Market Demand

Establishment of the 36th office marks strategic entry into the heart of the Midwest 

Bohler, a leading land development and consulting firm, has opened its 36th office in Columbus, OH. This strategic expansion underscores Bohler’s dedication to empowering owners and developers to achieve their most ambitious land development goals. Following nearly two decades of steadfast support for existing clients in the region, the company has officially established its presence at Easton Town Center.

Mike Jeitner, PE, who has been promoted to Regional Managing Partner, is tasked with spearheading the expansion. Leveraging his 30+ years of experience and proven track record of success, Mike will oversee the operations of the new office, ensuring that Bohler maintains its commitment to delivering top-tier resources, knowledge, and support to every client.

Joining the Columbus office as Director of Land Development is Matt Poindexter, PE. With over a decade of experience, Matt has worked on notable projects in various market sectors in the Columbus area including Caravel Senior Living Apartments, 720 E. Long Street, and Home2 Suites in New Albany. Coupled with his local insights, Matt’s expertise enhances Bohler’s capabilities in the region, spanning manufacturing, industrial, mission-critical, and housing market sectors.
