Bohler Helps to Bring Luxury Apartments to Market in East Hanover

Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE) has launched leasing at Valley View Park, a newly completed 239-unit garden-style apartment community in East Hanover, New Jersey.

Located on a former Mondelez International site, this project features five midrise buildings offering luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Although the central clubhouse is still under construction, the units are ready for immediate occupancy.

Bohler’s planning, landscape architecture, and design team elevated the community with resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, walking trails, a three-season relaxation area, and a lookout with scenic views of the surrounding rolling hills. The team focused on integrating the natural landscape, preserving old-growth trees, and providing spaces for outdoor activities like yoga, movie nights, and gardening.
