Bohler Project Approved in Belvidere

Approval has been secured for the development of a new warehouse along Manunka Chunk Road in Belvidere Township, Warren County, NJ.

On January 2nd 2024, the Belvidere Planning Board approved the proposed 370,000 SF warehouse with a two-story office component on a 37- acre site. As a “variance free development plan,” the site design complies with all applicable ordinances. The facility will also include 213 car parking spaces, 82 trailer parking spaces and 92 loading spaces.

To address community concerns, a comprehensive landscaping plan was proposed to help screen views from nearby residences. Belvidere Urban Renewal LLC’s proposed warehouse is a traditional, passive warehouse facility that will be used for general storage, so additional traffic generated will be minimal and site design will restrict large trucks from making a left turn when existing the site.
