Altman Logistics Properties, a subsidiary of BBX Capital and FRP Holdings, secured a $32 million construction loan to develop Apex Logistics Park in Davie, Florida.  

The development will feature two industrial buildings spanning a combined 182,000 square feet, with substantial completion anticipated in early 2026. Bohler’s Miami office is providing land surveying, site civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the project. The team supported the developer in meeting an accelerated schedule, navigating several public hearings with the Town of Davie and the Central Broward Water Control District. By running permits concurrently, Bohler helped secure approvals in just 6–7 months—significantly faster than the typical 12-month (or longer) timeline.

Rycon is leading construction, with architectural design by Ware Malcomb and land-use legal guidance provided by Greenspoon Marder. 

The 11.3-acre site is strategically located near major highways, the Fort Lauderdale airport, and Port Everglades. While leasing activity across the region slowed last year, demand for well-located industrial space remains strong, particularly in southeast Broward County. 

Mark Levy, President of Altman Logistics, emphasized the project’s alignment with regional business needs. “We are excited to begin construction on this state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the growing needs of businesses in the region and we look forward to contributing to the economic growth of Davie and the broader South Florida Region,” he said.
