Bohler is proud to announce that Randy Smith, Director of Business Development for the South, has joined the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) CRC Platinum Product Council. This invitation follows his impactful contributions as a guest during ULI’s Fall Meeting in Las Vegas, where his expertise and insights enriched the council’s discussions.

In addition to his new role on the CRC Platinum Product Council, Randy also serves on the ULI Tampa-Bay Mixed Used Local Product Council and co-chairs the ULI Florida Retail Development Product Council. These roles reflect his commitment to advancing the built environment across various sectors, from commercial retail to housing affordability.

“This is an incredible opportunity to connect with some of the brightest minds in the commercial retail sector,” Randy shared. “The CRC Platinum Product Council provides a unique space for candid conversations about industry challenges and opportunities.

As a member of the CRC Platinum Product Council, Randy will engage in biannual meetings at ULI’s Spring and Fall events, collaborating with other experts to explore key topics such as emerging trends, economic forecasts, and innovative approaches to development.

As a naturally curious leader passionate about making meaningful connections, Randy is excited to leverage the opportunity to better serve Bohler’s clients and communities. By participating in these exclusive conversations across his various ULI roles, he aims to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges developers face and bring these insights back to Bohler’s design teams, ensuring projects are approached with a more efficient and holistic perspective.

“Being part of this council is about more than networking—it’s about staying ahead of industry trends and bringing meaningful value to the developers and communities we serve,” Randy said.

The CRC Platinum Product Council’s commitment to advancing the commercial retail industry aligns with Randy’s dedication to fostering connections and driving innovation. His membership, combined with his involvement ULI Tampa-Bay and ULI Florida Product Council, will not only deepen Bohler’s expertise but also enhance its ability to deliver strategic solutions to clients nationwide.
