Bringing Spec Industrial Space to Delray Beach

BBX Logistics Properties has partnered with PCCP LLC to develop an industrial park in Palm Beach County.

With the help of Bohler’s South Florida team, the 40-acre site has been approved for 672,500 square feet of industrial space. The first phase of BBX Park at Delray will feature a 200,000-square-foot warehouse with flexible tenant spaces as small as 50,000 square feet.

The project will include solar-ready roofs and electric vehicle charging stations. The developers plan to break ground in the first quarter of 2024.
