Broad + Noble Continues to Revitalize North Broad Corridor

25 September, 2024

The construction of Broad + Noble, a new 19-story development at 435 North Broad Street in the Callowhill neighborhood of Lower North Philadelphia, has been completed.

Developed by Toll Brothers and designed by BartonPartners, the building spans 370,000 square feet, and houses 344 residential units and an underground parking structure. The design team, including Bohler’s Philadelphia office, ensured the development would complement the nearby prewar factory lofts, contributing to a more cohesive aesthetic along Broad Street.
