Class A Logistics Facility Breaks Ground in Merrimack, NH

Trammell Crow Company and Diamond Realty Investments recently broke ground on a new 323,750-square-foot Class A industrial building in Merrimack.

Strategically located near the Ayer Intermodal freight system and the cargo hub at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, the building will address supply constraints in the greater Boston industrial market.

Bohler’s Bedford, NH, team provided site civil engineering design and permitting for the project. The facility will feature a rear-load design with 36-foot clearance, 53 dock doors, and 2,000 square feet of office space.
