Cranberry Township is experiencing sustained growth, nearing 35,000 residents and boasting a 56% increase in households since 2000. At a recent Corridors of Opportunity panel hosted by the Pittsburgh Business Times, developers and real estate experts highlighted the area’s key advantages — including strategic highway access, favorable tax environment, and proactive municipal planning —that continue to attract major investment.

Among the notable projects is North Pointe of Cranberry, a new 10-acre mixed-use development planned by Echo Realty. Located along Route 19 near the Streets of Cranberry, the project will combine residential and retail to further enhance the community’s vibrant landscape. Bohler’s Pittsburgh team is providing integrated land development consulting services for the North Pointe of Cranberry project, supporting its success from early planning through permitting.

This project is one of several fueling momentum in the township, alongside Charter Homes’ Crescent and Meeder communities—and the recent announcement of Wegmans’ first western Pennsylvania location at nearby Cranberry Springs. With top employers expanding in the region and limited land left to develop, Cranberry continues to outperform other Pittsburgh-area submarkets in leasing, office activity, and overall desirability.

Bohler is proud to play a role in shaping this next chapter for Cranberry. Learn more.
