Joseph Ucciferro Appointed to Baltimore County Board

Bohler Maryland’s Principal and Regional Manager, Joseph Ucciferro, PE, was recently appointed Chair of the Design Review Panel (DRP) for Baltimore County, Maryland.

As Chair, Joe will lead the panel in a technical consulting and advisory capacity reviewing development plans and assessing the overall quality of projects as they align with design guidelines of Master Plans, Comprehensive Manual of Development Policies, and Baltimore County Zoning Regulations.

“I look forward to working with my fellow DRP members to support the County’s commitment to design excellence,” says Joe. “I take great pride in this community and the development projects that benefit its residents today and the future generations.”

Joe has more than 20 years of experience in leading land development projects throughout the state of Maryland and Baltimore County. Throughout his career, he has cultivated many key relationships through local organizations such as the Greater Baltimore Committee, the Greater Towson Committee as a Board Member, Urban Land Institute of Baltimore, NAIOP, and more.

This appointment marks not only a testament to Joe’s skills and dedication but also highlights Bohler’s commitment to quality design and expertise in Baltimore County.
