Abbhi Capital has received approval from Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) for its Grove Village Bimini Block project.

The redevelopment will include a five-story mixed-use building designed by Arquitectonica with approximately 26,000 SF of commercial space and 176 residential units. The project closely follows the NCD-2’s Village Island West and Grand Avenue Architectural and Urban Design Guidelines, emphasizing Bahamian and Caribbean architectural characteristics.

The design aims to improve the architectural design of the Grove Village Bimini Block Project while also fostering and encouraging pedestrian activity on the property and in the surrounding areas. The proposed site layout includes ample open space and encourages pedestrian interaction with a large plaza area facing Grand Avenue and additional retail bays oriented toward Grand Avenue, the main pedestrian thoroughfare.
