Multifamily Project Moves Forward in Downtown Crown

A new 244-unit apartment building has recently received approval from the Gaithersburg, MD Planning Commission.

The project, to be called Fairfield at Crown, will be located within the Downtown Crown section of the City.

In addition to a mix of studio to three-bedroom units, the project will also expand the existing parking garage by 300 spaces.

Bohler’s Bowie, MD team is providing site civil engineering, surveying, and permitting services. In 2010, Bohler helped to design the original Downtown Crown, a 182-acre mixed-use neighborhood that includes a variety of residential units, retail space, and outdoor community space.
