Pulte Homes Expands Townhome Portfolio in Montgomery County with Maple Glen Pointe 

Pulte Homes has acquired an 18-acre site in Upper Dublin Township for $12.2 million, advancing plans for Maple Glen Pointe, a 72-townhome community. The project will feature homes starting in the mid-$700,000s, offering 2,500–2,600 SF of living space, walking trails, and access to the highly ranked Upper Dublin School District. 

The development follows the success of Pulte’s Liberty Ridge and Jamison Place townhome communities, both expected to sell out by early 2026. 

Bohler is supporting all three projects — Maple Glen Pointe, Liberty Ridge, and Jamison Place — with site civil engineering design, permitting, and land development consulting services.
