Rezoning Approved for Flex Buildings at Arcola Center

With the continued increase in online shopping, developers across the nation are rethinking retail space. At the Arcola Center in Ashburn, VA, St. John Properties has recently rezoned a 34-acre portion of the site for flex space.

Originally slated solely for retail space, this area could now include up to 10 single-story buildings that could contain office space, research and development laboratory space, martial arts centers, breweries, or other uses.
