A planned 5.5 million-square-foot industrial park in New Morgan, PA, has been awarded a $2.3 million grant through the Pennsylvania Strategic Investments to Enhance Sites (PA SITES) program. The funding will support infrastructure and utility work for the project’s first phase — a 900,000-square-foot light industrial facility on 107 acres.
The full development, led by Panattoni Development Company, spans approximately 1,200 acres along Route 10 and is expected to bring up to 2,750 jobs to the region. Phase one alone is projected to create 450 jobs, with construction anticipated to begin following local and state approvals.
