Bristol Suffolk LLC, affiliated with Bristol Group Inc., aims to build Suffolk Technology Park, an industrial complex spanning 100 acres in Wheatley Heights.

The project proposes nine industrial buildings totaling over 1.6 million square feet on vacant land leased from Pinelawn Cemetery. Planned with 36-foot clear ceilings, drive-in bays, loading docks, and office space, the buildings aim to host small to mid-sized businesses. Bristol Group anticipates creating diverse job opportunities and a positive economic impact, particularly benefiting the Wyandanch School District.

The development, slated for three phases, is projected to start construction in July 2025, with completion expected by Q4 2029. The project’s approval process includes environmental and planning reviews, with public hearings anticipated before final approval. Designed by Ware Malcomb and site civil engineering by Bohler’s Long Island team, the project brokers include CBRE representatives.
