Taking a DEI Pledge

Bohler is driven to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout the firm through its DEI strategy, which includes unwavering support of our employee resource groups, continuing efforts to hire more employees from traditionally underrepresented groups, and other measures. Now, the firm is extending its commitment to DEI even further in coordination with the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network.

President and CEO Adam Volanth is one of nearly 20 CEOs from leading commercial real estate (CRE) industry companies who recently joined CREW Network’s CRE Pledge for Action to advance women and encourage greater DEI in the industry. The pledge’s action items include increasing senior executive sponsorship of women and other individuals from underrepresented groups, advancing women into top roles, and implementing DEI accountability strategies.

“When the opportunity arose to sign this pledge, I was eager to get onboard,” Adam says. “As a firm, we are already making progress in our DEI efforts. This pledge doubles down on our commitment to DEI internally while allowing us to also have a greater impact on the commercial real estate industry at large.”
