Tree House Brewing Co. Expands to Upstate New York

Tree House Brewing Co., a Massachusetts-based brewery, has received site plan approval for a new Saratoga Springs location.

The Saratoga Springs Planning Board approved plans for a 23,000 SF taproom and brewery, outdoor seating, and 314 parking spaces, allowing Tree House to proceed with obtaining a building permit. With site civil engineering design by Bohler’s Albany office, the 11-acre facility is intended to complement nearby Saratoga Spa State Park.

Tree House recently announced its expansion into New York. The site will be Tree House’s sixth facility and first in New York. The company already has locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut, for which Bohler’s New England offices have also helped to design.
