Ragin Pace Earns Young Professionals Award

Ragin Pace, Sr. Design Engineer in Hauppauge, NY, was recently celebrated as a recipient of the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Award for 2020-2021.

The annual award spotlights Long Island’s top young professionals under the age of 30.

The Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce recognized Ragin for her ability to seize growth opportunities, both personally and professionally, while helping those around her do the same.

At the start of her professional career after graduating from North Carolina State University, Ragin left her North Carolina home to join Bohler’s Long Island team as a design engineer. In her years with Bohler, she has embraced the challenges of this significant life change and consistently sought ways to build upon her experience as an site civil engineer, a champion for her teammates, and a leader within the industry.

In her current role, Ragin mentors engineers following in her footsteps and is a recent graduate of Rise, Bohler’s leadership development program. Ragin applies the advanced technical, leadership, and project management training she’s received to land development projects throughout Long Island.

Ragin shared, “As an engineer, I touch a variety of land development projects in and around Huntington, so I am lucky that what I do directly contributes to the community.”

Due to COVID-19, the Chamber’s recent award ceremony celebrated the combined class of 2020-2021.
