Blair Seymour Appointed to ULI Young Leaders Group Steering Committee

Bohler is thrilled to announce that Blair Seymour, Assistant Project Manager in Bohler’s Nashville, Tennessee, office, has been appointed to the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Americas Young Leaders Group (YLG) Steering Committee.

Blair will Co-Chair the Membership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, working alongside Haley Coates-Huseman, Director of Planning and Development at Frazier Revitalization in South Dallas.

Blair’s leadership role in the YLG Steering Committee comes as a recognition of his extensive experience in site civil engineering and his commitment to fostering growth and diversity within the industry. The Steering Committee’s mission is to enhance leadership opportunities across ULI Americas, focusing on overall growth, retention, and diversity within the organization.

In his role as Co-Chair of the Membership and DEI Committee, Blair will lead efforts to create a more inclusive environment within ULI, enriching the membership experience and promoting active engagement for all members. The committee’s work will include collaborating with ULI Americas district council staff and others on young leader engagement, programming, and events. Blair will also serve as a peer reviewer for proposals from industry leaders for ULI’s Spring and Fall meetings, ensuring transparency, adherence to best practices, and the delivery of high-quality, diverse content.
