Cornelius Brown Named to Philadelphia Land Bank Board of Directors

Bohler is pleased to announce that Cornelius Brown, PE, has been appointed to the Philadelphia Land Bank Board of Directors. This appointment comes as part of Mayor Cherelle L. Parker’s commitment to revitalizing neighborhoods and increasing housing and economic opportunities in Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia Land Bank plays a vital role in transforming vacant properties into catalysts for positive change, fostering inclusive growth and opportunity for all Philadelphians. As a seasoned site civil engineering professional with more than 20 years of experience in land development consulting, Cornelius brings a wealth of expertise to the board.

As Principal and Regional Manager of Bohler’s Southeastern Pennsylvania region, he oversees Bohler’s work within the city and surrounding suburbs. He is deeply committed to client relationship management, project team coordination, and fostering effective communication between stakeholders.

Cornelius also serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Industry Association (BIA) and the Advisory Board for Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia where he actively supports initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as government affairs.
