The Cove at the Piazza

The Cove at the Piazza, a project designed by DISGSAU, is owned and developed by Post Brothers and aims to transform an underutilized urban space into a new community hub. The project introduces landscape gardens and spaces for wellness, fitness, and recreation. The Cove at the Piazza creates a series of smaller spaces that are better suited for day-to-day use than the original large-scale piazza. The new configuration blurs the boundaries between public, semi-public, and private space, and includes a garden-center pool complex and a new fitness and wellness center. The Cove at the Piazza was recognized for inverting familiar forms of urban life to create a unique and calming environment.

The Block

ISA-designed The Block is owned and developed by Alliance HP and bridges the gap between urban and suburban. It’s a 49-unit mixed-use multifamily development that supports pedestrian walkability while taking advantage of existing car-centric infrastructure. The design seamlessly integrates retail and multifamily in a way that maintains a vibrant street life.
