Bohler Announces Key Leadership Promotions in Mid-Atlantic Division 

Bohler, a leading land development consulting firm, today announced three strategic promotions within its Mid-Atlantic Division, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to professional growth and client success.

John Wright has been promoted to Mid-Atlantic Divisional Managing Partner. With nearly 30 years of industry experience and 15 years managing Bohler’s high-profile accounts, Wright’s hands-on leadership style and deep industry expertise will drive the division’s continued growth.

Michael O’Shaughnessy advances to Regional Manager of Virginia, overseeing operations in Herndon, Warrenton, and Richmond. Since becoming Herndon Branch Manager in June 2022, he significantly expanded team capabilities and strengthened strategic partnerships with major accounts. His proven leadership in developing talent and driving operational growth positions him well to lead Bohler’s offices across Virginia.

Dave Kuklish has been named Regional Manager of Delaware, leading the Rehoboth Beach and Wilmington offices. Often referred to as a selfless leader by his peers, Kuklish has an exceptional drive and commitment to accountability that has helped establish Delaware as one of Bohler’s most successful regions. His ability to lead by example while developing strong teams makes him the ideal choice to guide our continued growth in the Delaware market.
