Bohler Supports Planned Mixed-Income Residential Tower in Nashville

Bohler is supporting plans for a new mixed-income residential development in Nashville’s Chestnut Hill neighborhood. Proposed by Tareen Development Partners, the project includes a 16-story apartment tower with 311 residential units and a structured parking garage, helping expand housing opportunities near downtown.

Working alongside the project team, Bohler is providing rezoning assistance, site civil engineering, and landscape architecture design to help advance the development through Nashville’s entitlement process.

The proposed development is scheduled for review by the Metro Planning Commission in August, with construction anticipated to begin in 2027 following approvals.
