Adam drives Bohler’s vision and strategic growth as President and CEO. After launching his career at Mobil Oil, he joined Bohler’s Pennsylvania region, where his leadership helped expand the firm into new markets. His expertise spans commercial, residential, and industrial development, but his true passion lies in building meaningful relationships with clients, staff, and communities. A Bucknell University graduate, Adam leads with purpose, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.

Dan drives operational excellence across Bohler’s footprint. A Villanova University graduate in civil engineering, he brings nearly three decades of expertise in urban design and land development. Before assuming his current role, Dan led Bohler’s largest division for 10 years, significantly expanding both team size and service offerings. His leadership launched several successful offices, combining strategic vision with hands-on experience to empower teams and accelerate client success. Dan now focuses on enhancing both client and employee experiences through operational efficiency and strategic innovation.

Rob champions project excellence and elevates service delivery across Bohler’s entire portfolio. A Villanova University graduate with both B.S. and M.S. degrees in civil engineering, he pioneered our project management approach and built innovative delivery systems that ensure client success. After serving as COO and leading multiple divisions, Rob now focuses on scaling best practices and enhancing performance across all service lines, ensuring every project meets Bohler’s high standards for excellence.

Jennifer leads Bohler’s legal operations and risk management strategy. A University of Pennsylvania graduate with both undergraduate honors and a magna cum laude J.D., she brings expertise from Sullivan & Cromwell to oversee our corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance. Jen optimizes legal frameworks that protect and strengthen Bohler’s operations, ensuring we deliver confidently for our clients.

Angelia drives strategic financial leadership through her comprehensive approach to fiscal management. With deep expertise in operations, finances, and accounting, she brings nuanced perspectives that support the organization’s stability and growth. As a key member of Bohler’s senior leadership team, Angelia empowers both employees and clients to realize their most ambitious objectives by providing strategic financial insights and holistic fiscal guidance.

Rob leads Bohler’s human resources team, dedicated to creating an exceptional employee experience. Drawing from his U.S. Army service and entrepreneurial background in recruiting, Rob embodies The Bohler Way. His strategic approach connects employee engagement directly to operational success, developing initiatives that empower and inspire our team.

Rich is responsible for overseeing and leading Bohler’s Information Technology (IT) resources and teams. Throughout his 20+-year career at Bohler, Rich has driven the firm’s technology initiatives, delivering efficient solutions that streamline processes and help to deliver an unrivaled employee and client experience. Rich is focused on forecasting opportunities to adopt new technologies that support the firm’s overall growth and development.

Jessica leads Bohler’s strategic growth as Chief Growth Officer, driving business development and revenue expansion. She orchestrates the firm’s strategic planning, balancing current operations with future vision. Overseeing marketing and communications, Jessica ensures organizational alignment and strategic clarity. As a certified change management practitioner, she challenges existing approaches and guides leaders toward innovative solutions that propel both the company and its clients forward

Matt leads Bohler’s Northeast division, driving growth across New England and New York. Since joining the firm over 25 years ago, he’s opened five regional offices and cultivated enduring client relationships. With deep regulatory expertise, Matt has partnered on landmark projects like Encore Boston Harbor and Polar Park. As a strategic leader, he focuses on empowering team members to achieve their highest potential and helping clients transform ambitious goals into reality.

Cornelius oversees operations across Pennsylvania and Ohio. With a focus on client relationships and project team coordination, he provides seamless communication among key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. An active leader in the industry, Cornelius serves on the Board of Directors for BIA of Philadelphia, contributing to both the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and the Government Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Philadelphia Land Bank Board of Directors, and is the Chair of the Abington Township Economic Development Corporation. Dedicated to educational equity and the advancement of STEM in grade schools, he serves on the Board of Directors for Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia.

John leads Bohler’s Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing operations in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington. A University of Michigan civil and environmental engineering graduate and licensed professional engineer, he is actively engaged with industry organizations like NVBIA, ICSC, and NAIOP. John brings strategic leadership, hands-on project management, and a commitment to staff development. With extensive experience managing high-performing offices and high-profile accounts, he works closely with teams to drive innovative solutions and regional growth.

Joel leads Bohler’s Southeast division, overseeing operations across the Carolinas, Georgia, and Tennessee. With 24 years of experience, he has been pivotal in growing these local offices and building strategic momentum. Joel mentors staff, drives exceptional customer service, and helps developers navigate complex land development challenges. His teams focus on expediting zoning processes, leveraging incentives, and bringing quality facilities to market efficiently.

Chris leads Bohler’s South Division, overseeing operations in Florida and Texas. A Florida State University graduate and licensed professional engineer, he is a certified floodplain manager and LEED AP BD+C certified. Chris is an industry leader in land development consulting, site design, and permitting. He plays an active role in project management, client relationships, and staff development, driving strategic growth across the South.
