As President and Chief Executive Officer, Adam is responsible for the leadership and strategic growth of the organization. After graduating from Bucknell University, he started his career in land development with Mobil Oil and later joined Bohler’s Pennsylvania region. Since then, Adam has been an integral part of the firm’s growth and expansion into new markets. Throughout his extensive career, he has led the design of various commercial, residential, and industrial developments. Adam is a purpose-driven leader and is passionate about building meaningful relationships within the clients, staff, and the community.

Dan serves as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for providing oversight and guidance to all offices. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Villanova University. Over the years, Dan has become an industry leader with an expertise in urban design, site feasibility analyses, site layout and planning, zoning, and subdivision/land development ordinance review interpretation. He is responsible for the strategic operations of the region and plays an active role in project management and staff development.

Rob is responsible for providing consistency and elevating both the client and employee experience across the firm’s footprint. After graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in civil engineering, Rob launched his successful land development career by joining Bohler’s Pennsylvania operations. His leadership style is rooted in operational efficiency and building successful work habits. With a competitive spirit and genuine drive to help those around him succeed, Rob is passionate about developing Bohler’s next generation of leadership and delivering results for the firm’s clients.

Jennifer Esser, Esquire serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. After beginning her career as an associate in the Executive Compensation & Benefits Group at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP in Manhattan, Jen joined Bohler in September 2014 and has held various legal roles within the organization throughout her tenure. In addition to assisting with firmwide strategic growth and driving liability management, her responsibilities include contract management, corporate governance, lease negotiations, and employment issues. She is focused on driving efficiencies to deliver an unrivaled employee and client experience. Jen holds a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in Political Science and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from University of Pennsylvania School of Law where she served as an editor on Law Review.

Angelia serves as Bohler’s Chief Financial Officer, providing strategic insight for continued financial stability and growth. She is experienced in operations, finances, and accounting and takes a holistic approach to fiscal responsibility, examining situations from multiple perspectives. As a member of Bohler’s senior leadership team, Angelia leverages her expertise to help employees and clients alike achieve their most ambitious goals.

Rob serves as the firm’s Chief People Officer. In his role, Rob leads the human resources team and is focused on providing an unrivaled employee experience. From his service in the U.S. Army to running his own recruiting firm, Rob is very much aligned with The Bohler Way. Throughout his impressive career, he has developed business strategies and growth initiatives that tie employee experience and engagement to operational success.

As Chief Information Officer, Rich is responsible for overseeing and leading Bohler’s Information Technology (IT) resources and teams. Throughout his 20+-year career at Bohler, Rich has driven the firm’s technology initiatives, delivering efficient solutions that streamline processes and help to deliver an unrivaled employee and client experience. Rich is focused on forecasting opportunities to adopt new technologies that support the firm’s overall growth and development.

As Chief Growth Officer, Jessica leads development and execution of Bohler’s strategic plan in alignment with its vision and purpose. She ensures that the organization remains focused on today’s operations while also planning for the future. Jessica oversees the firm’s marketing and communications departments, leveraging them to ensure that all employees understand the company’s strategic objectives and how their work contributes to the broader mission. As strategic advisor and a certified change management practitioner, Jessica guides leaders in challenging current ways of working and exploring new ideas that will move both our company and clients forward.

Matt serves as the Managing Partner for Bohler’s Northeast Region, leading the firm’s growth and development throughout New England and New York. Since joining the firm in 1998, Matt has helped open five offices throughout the region while also fostering enduring client relationships. With strong regulatory expertise and a strategic mindset, Matt has partnered with clients to deliver some of the region’s largest development projects, including Encore Boston Harbor and the Polar Park district. He is always on the lookout for the next opportunity to help clients turn their most ambitious goals into a reality. As a leader in the firm, Matt is focused on helping people thrive so that they can become their best.

Adam serves as Managing Partner in Bohler’s Central division, leading the firm’s operations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. After joining Bohler in 2003, Adam helped to grow the firm’s presence across Pennsylvania, establishing offices in Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. Through a collaborative and hands-on leadership approach, Adam has helped numerous clients launch successful national development programs and has brought creative solutions to challenging, complex projects. Adam is focused on staff empowerment, playing an active role as a mentor in many of the firm’s career development initiatives.

John serves as Managing Partner for Bohler’s Mid-Atlantic region, leading the firm’s operations in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, A graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, John is a licensed professional engineer and active in many industry organizations such as NVBIA, ICSC and NAIOP. He is responsible for the strategic operations of the region and plays an active role in project management and staff development.

As Managing Partner of Bohler’s Southeast division, Joel leads the firm’s operations across the Carolinas, Georgia, and Tennessee. Throughout his 24-year tenure with the firm, his commitment to mentoring staff, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong business relationships has been instrumental in growing strong local practices and building momentum for Bohler in the Southeast. Joel and his teams drive the land development process and are focused on helping developers navigate zoning challenges, leverage incentives, and bring quality facilities to market quickly.

Chris serves as Managing Partner for Bohler’s South Division, leading the firm’s operations across Florida and Texas. A graduate of Florida State University, Chris is a licensed professional engineer, certified floodplain manager, and LEED AP BD+C certified. Throughout his career, Chris has become an industry leader in land development consulting, site design, and permitting. Playing an active role in project management, client relationships, and staff development, Chris is responsible for the strategic growth of the firm across the South.
