Bohler is proud to announce that The Krog District has been recognized with the General Design – Built Award at the 2025 ASLA Georgia Zones 7&8 Awards Gala. Delivered in close collaboration with ASD | Sky and CORE Landscape, this award highlights the creativity, technical excellence, and collaborative spirit that brought this adaptive reuse project to life.
Once home to Atlanta Stove Works, the six-acre historic site has been transformed by Asana Partners into The Krog District — a vibrant destination that maintains the culinary excellence of Krog Street Market while expanding dining, retail, and pedestrian connectivity to the Atlanta BeltLine. The redevelopment features 113,000 square feet across three buildings, enhanced with new plazas, pathways, and public spaces that promote walkability and community engagement.

The American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Georgia Chapter recognizes excellence in landscape architecture and design through its annual Awards Gala. The General Design – Built Award celebrates outstanding built projects that demonstrate innovation, sustainability, and meaningful contributions to communities.
“This award is a testament to the visionary leadership of Asana Partners, the collaboration of an incredible design team, and the commitment to creating spaces that honor history while serving the community for generations to come,” said Brett Buckland, Chief Engineer.
In addition to this honor, The Krog District was celebrated with an AIA Georgia 2024 Design & Honor Award in the Renovation/Restoration/Adaptive-Reuse over $1M category, and is a finalist for the ULI Atlanta 2025 Awards for Excellence.
