Federation Housing recently celebrated the opening of the Daniel B. Green House, a 60-unit senior living community in Trevose, Pennsylvania, designed to provide affordable housing for older adults in the Philadelphia region. The community allows seniors to remain close to family, friends, and local amenities without fear of being priced out.

Bohler’s Chalfont office provided site civil engineering design, permitting, and land development consulting services to support the project, helping navigate regulatory requirements and ensuring the development proceeded efficiently.

Named in honor of Daniel B. Green, late Chairman of Firstrust Bank and a longtime supporter of Federation Housing, the new community continues the Green family’s legacy of supporting affordable senior housing, joining the Samuel A. Green House and the Florence E. Green House on a shared campus.

The project was made possible with support from the Green Family Foundation, the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, Bucks County, Wells Fargo, Firstrust Bank, and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. Learn more.
