Bohler Supports New 100-Acre Sagefield Development in Thompson’s Station 

Simon Property Group and AJ Capital Partners have released new renderings and fresh details for Sagefield, a 100-acre luxury mixed-use development planned for Thompson’s Station in Williamson County, TN. Envisioned as a 450,000-square-foot destination, the project will include high-end retail, dining, entertainment venues, abundant green space, and a resort-style luxury hotel. 

Bohler’s Nashville team is supporting the project with site civil engineering design, permitting services, and parking lot landscaping. The team will guide the development through the entitlements process with Thompson’s Station officials and coordinate key infrastructure upgrades for roadways, water, and sewer systems. Bohler’s survey team will provide subdivision and platting services as the project progresses. 

According to Simon Development President Mark Silvestri, feedback from both the community and prospective retail tenants prompted the project to evolve beyond its original premium-outlet concept. The result is a more expansive, high-end lifestyle destination — one he says is unlike anything currently available in the Greater Nashville market. 

Reimagined as a vibrant open-air environment, Sagefield will feature boutiques, farm-to-table restaurants, live music venues, wellness concepts, walking trails, water features, and other outdoor amenities. Roughly 60% of the site will be preserved as green space,e reinforcing the project’s emphasis on natural surroundings.
