Ram Realty Advisors has acquired 23 acres in Citrus Park, including 11 acres previously owned by Big Cat Rescue, where it plans to develop a new residential community.

The project will feature over 300 apartments across five buildings, offering a variety of modern amenities such as a resort-style pool, pickleball court, dog park, fitness center, and coworking spaces.

Bohler’s Tampa team provided site civil engineering design, survey, and permitting services, addressing key challenges such as wetland impacts and compensation, as well as offsite utility improvements.

The first apartments are expected to be available in summer 2026. While this marks Ram Realty’s first project in Tampa, the developer has successfully delivered high-quality communities across the Carolinas with Bohler’s support, including Three30Five and Hawk in Charlotte.
