Landmark Properties, in partnership with Manulife Investment Management, has opened The Standard at Four Corners, an 890-bed student housing community serving UConn students in Storrs, CT.
The project, designed by Bohler’s West Hartford team, Dwell Design with Landmark Construction as general contractor, welcomed residents on August 15, 2025.
The Standard at Four Corners includes 392 fully furnished units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, each featuring ensuite bathrooms, in-unit laundry, gourmet kitchens, and high-speed internet. Unique community amenities include a resort-style pool and hot tub, Jumbotron lawn, 24-hour study lounges, a gaming lounge, fitness center, and 14,500 SF of ground-floor retail.
