Bohler Helps Launch CREDA in the Lehigh Valley  

Bohler is proud to help launch the Lehigh Valley presence of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA), bringing together developers, investors, owners, brokers, architects, engineers, attorneys, and other industry professionals to support one of Pennsylvania’s fastest-growing commercial real estate markets.

As development activity continues to expand across the Lehigh Valley, particularly through industrial, mixed-use, and community-focused projects, Bohler sees an opportunity to strengthen industry connections and create new pathways for collaboration, education, and advocacy throughout the region.

CREDA, formerly known as NAIOP, recently rebranded as the Commercial Real Estate Development Association to more clearly reflect its mission of advancing commercial real estate development through advocacy, research, education, and professional connections. While the name has changed, the organization remains a leading voice for the industry, representing more than 21,000 members across 55 chapters throughout North America.

Bohler has long supported NAIOP and CREDA initiatives across its footprint, actively participating in local chapters and industry programs that foster professional development, market insight, and meaningful partnerships.
