The Pride ERG at Bohler fosters a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ professionals, focusing on building meaningful connections, developing allyship, and advocating for workplace equality. By providing resources and collaborating with organizations like the Build Out Alliance, the group actively works to promote inclusivity and representation.
