This network connects our employees who identify as black or African American to share experiences, develop leadership skills, and learn from one another.

The group is passionate about engaging allies in the conversation to foster visibility and advocacy throughout Bohler, the real estate industry, and beyond.

The Women’s Professional Network at Bohler brings together the industry’s brightest women and empowers them to create positive change.

The group’s Leadership Council, comprised of female leaders from across our footprint, works to create and execute a plan to carry out their mission: to recruit, retain, and develop the brightest talent in the industry.

The network offers a variety of networking and professional development opportunities, as well as direct access to leadership. It is driven to include men in the conversation.
