Bohler Profile: Q&A with CEO Adam Volanth

After graduating from Bucknell University in 1990, Adam Volanth got his feet wet in the development world working for Mobil Oil. But Volanth didn’t feel he was using his abilities to the fullest extent at the worldwide company that employs thousands. So he went to the other extreme, joining a then-small company called Bohler Engineering in its satellite office outside Philadelphia in 1992.

Volanth climbed the ranks of Bohler quickly, rising from design engineer to project manager and regional and managing partner.
