Bohler Supports 7 Brew’s First Philadelphia Location

Bohler’s Philadelphia team is helping bring popular drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew to the city with its first Philadelphia location at 4000 Woodhaven Road near Franklin Mall in Northeast Philadelphia.

Known for its fast-paced drive-thru model and extensive beverage menu featuring more than 20,000 flavor combinations, 7 Brew continues to expand across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Philadelphia franchisee selected a highly visible, high-traffic site and partnered with Bohler to navigate the complexities of site development in the city.

Bohler provided integrated land development consulting services, including comprehensive due diligence, site design and permitting support. The team’s local expertise helped identify potential site constraints early, streamline the permitting process, and position the project for a successful launch.
