Bohler Engineering proudly joined Baystone Development at the recent groundbreaking for an exciting redevelopment in Framingham, MA. The Buckley, a luxury apartment community, will soon bring new life to the former site of the Mt. Wayte Plaza shopping center. Once a hub of activity, the 6.7-acre site had become neglected and the community has long-awaited its revival. Bohler Engineering provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the project. Bohler also facilitated permitting for the development, securing approvals from the Framingham Planning Board and Conservation Commission and acquiring special permits from the Framingham Zoning Board of Appeals.
