Bohler partnered with Kittle Property Group to deliver exceptional landscape architecture and site civil design for the stunning Spire Apartments. This 288-unit housing complex is perfectly situated in the vibrant University Center, encompassing a serene wooded lot with a captivating natural stream meandering through the property.

Our dedicated landscape architecture and civil engineering teams collaborated closely to develop a site layout that seamlessly integrated the stream and preserved the enchanting woodland habitat. By incorporating these natural elements into the design, we were able to enhance the overall aesthetic and create a harmonious environment that enriches the lives of the community residents.

In addition to its picturesque setting, Spire Apartments boasts a range of exceptional amenities.
