Prism Apartments Cambridge

Bohler collaborated with the project architect and property owner to provide landscape architecture design and permitting services for the Prism Apartments, a luxurious 136-unit residential development nestled in the heart of vibrant Kendall Square. Our team crafted an exceptional on-structure landscaped amenity courtyard, featuring a captivating fire element, synthetic lawn, outdoor kitchen facilities, shade pergolas, and chic dining and lounge spaces, designed to create an engaging and memorable experience for residents.

We used top-quality materials like cedar wood fencing and planters, comfortable seating, and accent and catenary lighting to create an inviting and warm atmosphere that comes alive in the evening. The Prism Apartments are a welcome addition to the expanding residential community of Cambridge, and our team helped to enhance the streetscape by adding new sidewalks, lighting, native vegetation surrounding the building, and large street trees in irrigated lawn areas.
