Bohler Names New Charlotte Office Leader

Bohler is pleased to announce the promotion of veteran employee Daniel Hines, PE to the position of Branch Manager for its Charlotte office, serving both greater Charlotte and the larger Carolinas region.

In this role, Hines will focus on continuing the growth trajectory established in the region since its launch in 2013. This includes advancing solid relationships with new and existing clients, delivering high-quality, efficient technical solutions and supporting growing sectors in the region by providing a diverse bench of specialists in the retail, mixed-use, residential, and industrial development markets.

“Daniel’s expansive technical background and outstanding consulting relationships have prepared him to successfully step into this role,” said Regional Principal Andrew Moriarty. “His leadership skills, combined with our outstanding project teams, create a win-win scenario for new and existing clients.”

Prior to being promoted, Hines built a thriving, diverse consulting practice within Bohler’s Mid-Atlantic region, focused primarily on serving development clients and programs throughout Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic, as well as West Virginia and the Carolinas. He is a licensed professional engineer, graduate of George Mason University and an active member of industry organizations such as the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
