Main Line Health is planning a 145,000-square-foot, three-story medical center at Lloyd and Manor Avenues in Caln Township.

The Downingtown Health Center will offer primary and specialty care, imaging, lab services, outpatient surgery, and urgent care. The facility, situated on a 14.5-acre site, will include 445 parking spaces and operate weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with urgent care available seven days a week.

Bohler’s Philadelphia team, led by Lindsey Breylinger, is providing site civil engineering design and permitting. Breylinger emphasized that the plans align with township regulations, incorporating stormwater management, public utilities, and enhanced buffering for neighboring properties. The project is currently in the conditional use approval process, with further hearings and discussions planned.
