On the heels of opening Bohler’s office in Miami, FL, Branch Manager Taylor Parker, PE, has been named an International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) CenterBuild Leader Under 40.

This month, during ICSC’s first-ever virtual CenterBuild Conference, Taylor and 16 of her peers in the commercial real estate industry were honored as the Leaders Under 40 Class of 2020.

The ICSC CenterBuild Leader Under 40 Award is a competitive program that recognizes distinguished up-and-comers in the next generation of influential thought leaders in design, retail, construction, and development. ICSC describes the honorees as “a force of disruption in retail, widely recognized as a diverse, impactful, aggressive network of innovators.”

As Branch Manager of Bohler’s Miami office, Taylor leads a team that’s transforming South Florida’s land development industry by creating opportunities for developers, owners, and retailers to keep projects moving forward, even amidst the challenges of a global pandemic. Together with her team, Taylor looks beyond site design to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities to positively impact her clients’ business.

“As fast as the industry is changing, retailers, owners, and developers need a consultant who is innovative. Our team is delivering on that need. I’m proud to represent the work we’re doing on a national level to help accomplish land development goals,” Taylor said of the recognition.
