Our New York City office, located directly across from Penn Station, provides land development consulting, technical design, and permit expediting services for ground-up construction and improvement projects throughout the five boroughs. Our strong partnerships with local structural and geotechnical engineers, as well as environmental consultants, positions us to move projects forward.

Within our permitting department, we help owners and developers navigate and strategize New York City permit expediting and code consulting. Our team includes Class 1 and Class 2 filing representatives, code and zoning consultants, and fire prevention specialists.
