Water Street Brings Transformation to Tampa

With Water Street Tampa, Strategic Property Partners (SPP) is bringing to life a unique waterfront district that aims to redefine urban life, connect portions of downtown, and prioritize pedestrians. The massive transformation is now nearing completion, with many of the buildings beginning to open.

Bohler contributed to Heron, the first residential building of the development. To help make SPP’s vision a reality, our Tampa team used its local expertise to develop an approval strategy that gave rise to the project.
