Recently, Bohler Branch Manager Steve Martorano joined fellow industry experts at Bisnow’s Boston Retail and Mixed-Use event to discuss how the city’s ongoing revitalization of live, work, play impacts local development. Highlighting the importance of customer service, user experience and innovative concept stores in an evolving market, the panelists used real examples to highlight the uptick of importance on these factors to compete with e-commerce.
Steve sat alongside some of largest names in Boston commercial real estate, including Feldco Development Corp., Bohler’s partner on the highly-anticipated Tremont Crossing project.
Known as one of the largest and most transformative mixed-use developments in the City of Boston, Tremont Crossing will bring 1.7 million+ square feet of new LEED Silver certifiable retail, office, residential and hotel space. Bohler is providing civil engineering and permitting services on the project, and collaborating with agencies including:
• Boston Planning and Development Authority (BPDA)
• Boston Transportation Department (BTD)
